Appointment Policies

1. Consultation Requirement

• A consultation is required before any permanent makeup procedure. During the consultation, we will discuss your desired results, skin type, and any potential concerns to ensure you have a clear understanding of the process and expected outcomes.

2. Deposit & Booking

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your procedure.

3. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

4. Late Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. No-Show Policy

• Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may prevent you from booking future appointments with us.
